“South Tyrolean Muas”
Today we present you a sweet South Tyrolean dish
Let’s get rolling with the ingredients:
Ingredients, makes up for 4 people
1.5 liters of whole milk
0.5 liters of water
200 g of muas flour (wheat semolina)
1 pinch of salt
70 g of butter
Preparation
Bring the milk, water, and salt to a boil in a muas pan. Whisk in the muas flour and continue
stirring gradually until a creamy consistency is achieved. Then, cook on low heat without
stirring until it slightly adheres to the bottom. Brown the butter in a small pan and “melt” the
muas with it (pour the butter over it).
TIP: If you like, you can sprinkle the muas with cinnamon and sugar.
