● Availability of hand disinfectants in public areas and regular disinfection of the various rooms.

● The rooms are cleaned before your arrival, in addition to our standard hygiene measures, using ozone air purifiers and special disinfectant cleaning agents.

● Daily cleaning is done with additional steam cleaning equipment, which safely removes bacteria even in difficult places. An individual cleaning cloth is used for each room.

● Optimisation of the ventilation system in the sauna and wellness areas as well as in all public rooms using special COVID packages.

● All our staff are checked daily for their state of health and are informed and trained on the latest safety measures.

● Hygiene, cleaning and disinfection have the highest priority and are intensified in every area. New products and a newly developed cleaning concept support our staff in cleaning and sanitising all rooms.

● We write generosity in capital letters! In the indoor and outdoor areas, safety distances can be easily maintained!

● The swimming pool and the entire sauna area are accessible without restrictions. Chlorine and heat help to fight viruses and bacteria. Of course, the saunas are disinfected several times a day. Disinfecting wipes are available for you in the relaxation rooms.

●Our beauty department is always at your disposal, taking special but pleasant precautions.

● In the restaurant as well as at the buffet, work is done with maximum safety. The areas are regularly cleaned with our ozone air purifier and regularly disinfected.

● Transparency and honesty! If there are any changes to the services offered due to unforeseen events, we will inform you immediately.
